Restaurants of Jamaica Limited, operators of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, seek to employ a suitably qualified Senior Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Availability and flexibility to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to lead a team of technicians while ensuring effective preventative maintenance at locations assigned.
- A high degree of proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving commercial refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating systems.
- Ability to accurately read equipment manuals and understand schematic diagrams; and install new equipment for optimum functionality.
- Working knowledge of electrical maintenance to facilitate effective internal and external lighting systems.
- Sound understanding of occupational health and safety standards for restaurants and maintenance of the environment.
- Excellent problem solving troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning with a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Senior Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced environment, preferably the restaurant business.
