TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
We are currently hiring Technical Support (Chat) Kingston for our overnight shift.The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers. We have Walk In Interviews every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at 10AM- 2PM.

The ideal candidate should possess the following and also take with them:
- Valid ID
- NIS
- TRN
- Birth Certificate
- 3 or more CXCs including English Language.
- Typing speed of 25 wpm
- Experience in a technical support and/or desk top support role is a plus.
- Strong technical background (Computer technology and troubleshooting).
- Ability to work OVERNIGHT Shifts in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must reside in Kingston or St Catherine
- Documents MUST be photocopied
