Stanmark Processors Company Limited, an agro-food processor, manufacturer and distributor with processing locations in Yallahs (Y), St. Thomas; Morgan's Pass (MP), Clarendon; Darliston (D), Westmoreland and a Head Office in Kingston (KGN) seek dynamic persons for the following positions:

Financial Controller (KGN)

Is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the Group. The successful candidate will manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets and financial planning.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Knowledge and Experience with QuickBooks, SAGE50, Peach Tree, or any other reputable ERP accounting software.
  • Experience in General Ledger, Month-end closing, preparation of monthly financial statements, Accounts Receivables/Payables, Product Costing, Inventory Controls, and Budget Forecasting.
  • Minimum five (5) years' or more experience in the supervisory/management of an accounting department.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Accounting Systems and Controls.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or ACCA level 2 or equivalent degree.
Quality (HACCP) and Food Safety Coordinator (Based in Yallahs)

Experience with implementation and auditing of an effective food safety system (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SQF)
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agro Processing, Food Chemistry or the like.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in Quality/Food Safety management or supervision in a food establishment.

Executive Office Administrator (KGN)
  • Is responsible for administrative duties of office, Export and Import Logistics, and Receivables. 
  • Including but not limited to File organization, HR Administration, Data Entry, Correspondence Writing, Email Coordination, Procurement. 
  • Must have a strong accounting background. 
  • The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, organised and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • BA or equivalent certification/experience, Knowledge Microsoft suite (Excel and Word), ASYCUDA, QuickBooks ideal.
Factory Manager - (Each Location)
  • Responsible for all production operations and administration of the factory.
  • Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in Lean Management and responsible for the efficient and profitable running of the factory.
  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Agro-Processing.
  • Certification in Better Processing and HACCP is a plus.
Factory Administrator (Each Factory Location)
  • Is responsible for the administrative duties of the Factory's office.
  • Including but not limited to Office/factory supplies Inventory.
  • File organisation, HR Administration, Data Entry, Procurement, and Shipment/Delivery.
  • Must have a strong accounting and HR background.
  • The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, organised and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • BA or equivalent certification/experience, Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word), ASYCUDA, QuickBooks Ideal.
  • Previous experience in office management/supervision is ideal. 
  • Must also live in close proximity (30 mins) to the factory.
Field/Procurement Officer
  • Responsible for the procurement of all raw materials island-wide and also provides technical assistance to farmers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor in Agricultural Science, and have a valid driver's license.
  • Have good interpersonal skills to communicate with existing/Future farmers.
Machine Operators (Each Location)
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, Mechanics, Experience in operation of Seamers, Cutters, Mixers, Reports etc. 
  • Certification in Better Processing is ideal.
Security/Grounds Men (Each Location)
  • Ideal candidates live near the factory
  • must have a clean police report
  • Be able to read/write reports, and have experience in handling basic power tools.
  • Experience as a security guard is ideal.
Production Line Staff, Task Workers, Day workers (All Location)
  • Must live in close proximity to the factory applying to

  • Transports personnel, equipment, material and supplies according to plan within the operating capacity of the vehicle.
  • Transports personnel, equipment and material at authorized times according to schedule.
  • Request routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks.

Requirements:

Job Scope: The incumbent manages the loans servicing department and is responsible for the administration of all mortgage loans. Key Responsibilities:

The functions of the position include but are not limited to:-

  • Review and analyze loan documentation, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility.

  • Act as a resource for members and staff regarding mortgage-related inquiries and provide guidance throughout the mortgage process.
  • Makes presentations to the Credit, Project Committees and League.
  • Monitors payments and arranges collection of arrears on mortgage and project loan accounts.
