- Minimum of a diploma or certificate in Management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of purchasing techniques
- Good stock and inventory oversight
- Exceptional management skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Adept at dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends when assigned
- Good leadership skills
- Relevant qualifications
- Valid food handlers permit
