Building Supervisor (Clarendon, St. Catherine & St. James, JM

An established property company invites applicants from St. James, Clarendon and St. Catherine for the position of Building Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing maintenance needs
• Supervising property staff and work done by various contractors
• Coordinating with contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Performing building and equipment inspections

Required qualification and experience:

Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English

• Good customer service and organizational skills
• Three (3) years experience at a supervisory level
