SPANISH GRAIN STORE LTD IS SEEKING TO RECRUIT A DEDICATED, COMPETENT AND SELF-MOTIVATED CANDIDATE TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION OF:
Duties:
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Assisting with expediting customer orders while engaging customers
- Delivering optimal customer service as per company service standard
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- ACCURATELY completing customer service order form
- Maintaining the positive image of the company while building a customer base and greeting customers.
- Cashier.
- Processing transactions using customer cash, cheques and credit/debit cards
- Processing payments according to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records
- Balancing daily sales orders, receipts and cash according to company procedures
- Any other duties assigned related to your core job function.
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) CXC subjects or equivalent qualifications
- Literacy and computation skills
Experience:
- Three (3) - five (5) years experience in a similar role would be an asset
Required Skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Integrity and Honesty
- Excellent information processing ability and numeracy skills
- Ability to use QuickBooks or any other accounting Software
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem Solving Skills
