Help Desk Administrator
Briefing
Offer support, resolving issues, managing tasks and tickets to companies clients, in need of help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems must have excelled written and oral communication skills.
Help Desk Job Duties
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Writing, editing, and revising reports.
- Providing assistance for questions and problems
- Resolving problems for external and internal customers
- Project management
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve on issues
- Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems.
Requirements
- Proven two (2) years' minimum experience in a similar field.
- Diploma in Construction management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and Power point.
- Must have a good working knowledge of computerized and automated systems.
