Econo Office & School Supplies Limited, a firm in business for over 20 years desires to add customer service clerks on a permanent and full-time basis to their sales force.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide sales team support
- Responding to customers' emails and provide pricing
- Follow up to ensure customer receives his products in a timely manner and is satisfied.
- Prepare quotations, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
- Quickly determine individual customer needs and satisfy with appropriate action.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proficient knowledge in stationery and office supplies would be an asset
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer focused role.
- At least an Associate Degree in Business Administration or some related field OR Certification in Customer Service
- At least three (3) references required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Peachtree/Sage 50
- Strong Communication and People skills
- Able to solve problems and learn quickly
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Dedicated to quality service with attention to details
