An established company has the ideal opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager - Montego Bay.
Main duties include but not limited to:
- Support the daily operations of the store
- Provide guidance and supervision for the team
- Monitor stock levels, order goods and ensure that goods are available and displayed in a manner to maintain the aesthetics of the store.
- Exemplify excellent customer service
- ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service oriented
