Assistant Store Manager (Montego Bay, Jamaica)

An established company has the ideal opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager - Montego Bay.

Main duties include but not limited to:

  • Support the daily operations of the store 
  • Provide guidance and supervision for the team
  • Monitor stock levels, order goods and ensure that goods are available and displayed in a manner to maintain the aesthetics of the store.
  • Exemplify excellent customer service
  • ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service oriented
