Functions include:
- Preparing meals and sauces according to specifications.
- Ensuring that all pre-established standards are maintained.
- To produce hot entrees, marinades, sauces to required standards.
PANTRY COOK

- Cleaning and preparing meats and dressings for the preparation of salads and meals,
- Ensuring that all pre-established standards are maintained.
Functions include:
- Preparing desserts and baked items according to specifications.
- Ensuring that all pre-established standards are maintained.
BUTCHER
Functions include:
Functions include:
- Preparing all meats, fish and seafood according to specifications, while ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Level 2 qualification in Commercial Food Preparation by HEART Trust/NSTA or any other vocational training institution.
- At least two (2) years’ experiences in the catering field.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Ability to do bulk cooking, for over 100 persons.
- Willingness to work flexible hours - public holidays and weekends.
- A strong sense of loyalty, honesty, integrity and punctuality.
- A valid food handler’s permit.
