Team Members, etc (Mother's) - Montego Bay, JM

We are looking for customer oriented, bright, energetic and confident persons to fill management, supervisory and entry level positions in our new Montego Bay location.

Team Members must be:

• Pleasant and customer oriented
• Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
• Positive and have a willingness to learn

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) CXC subjects or high school certificate; or NVQ-J certificate in Food Preparation or Customer Service with a minimum of six (6) months experience in the food industry

Managers and Supervisors must be able to:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including but not limited to inventory management, cash management, customer service and sales management
• Motivate, train and manage the workforce of 35-40 individuals
• Work on shifts any day of the week

Minimum Qualifications:

Manager

• Tertiary level education: degree or diploma
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in supervision; or minimum of five (5) CXC or GCE subjects including Math and Enhlish with a minimum of five (5) years experience

Supervisors

• Four (4) CXC or GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject 
• A minimum if one (1) year experience as a Supervisor
