Ag-Chem Plant Limited is seeking to identify the ideal candidates to join our product development (PD) team in the capacity of Administrative Assistant.
The incumbent, under the direction of the Product Development Manager (PDM), is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Product Development (PD) function.

Key Functions:
- Provide scheduling support by organizing and booking PD Manager and department meetings and appointments
- Maintain department filing system
- Prepare and circulate meeting notes action sheets
- Conduct pertinent research and draft reports and presentations
- Follow up on assigned tasks of the PD department
Skills, Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management from a recignized institution or CPS designation
- At least three (3) years experience in a similar post
- Excellent oral and written cimmunication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
