We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, to work in our Montego Bay office. The successful candidate should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via telephone, mail and email, generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Additional requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Math
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in office administration and customer service
- Experienced in operating a cash register
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of an accounting software
