Personal Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - Isratech Jamaica Limited

Isratech Jamaica Limited seeks the services of a Personal Assistant with responsibilities for but not limited to:

Maintaining calendar, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments:
  1. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodations 
  2. Preparing communications on behalf of Director 
  3. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems 
  4. Monitoring Directors email and responding if required 
  5. Collating and filing expenses 
  6. Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines 
  7. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  8. Answering phone calls
  9. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings 
  10. Various ad-hoc requests
Skills and Abilities:
  1. Superior time management and organizational skills 
  2. The ability to multitask with ease, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure 
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  4. Strong organizational skills 
  5. Diplomacy and tact
  6. Discretion and confidentiality
  7. Ability to receive constructive feedback 
  8. Must be internet savvy and be proficient in technology and social media 
Personal Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized tertiary institution 
  • At least five (5) years experience in an administrative position
