A fast-paced leisure wear company is seeking a keen and mature individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing routine customer orders, respond to inquiries and/or complaints and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.

Job Summary
- Answers all incoming queries regarding quotes, pricing and product availability
- Records, enters and processes customer orders
- Tracks customer orders and communicates any challenges and changes with the customer and production team
Key Competencies:
- Customer centric
- Excellent communicator, verbal, written, excellent presenter
- Strong sales and negotiating skills
- Team oriented and enjoys collaborating with persons internal and external to the organization
- Action and goal oriented
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary/professional qualifications in the areas of Business Administration, Management Studies or a related field
- At least two (2) years experience in a similar position or a related field
