This position is ideal for a strong self-starter who is bold, proactive and able to deliver on-point campaigns and meet deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AGENT
DUTIES
- Manage social media pages across a portfolio of top quality clients to create monthly content calendars with well-written posts and proposed visual concepts for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
- Create or work with graphic designer on visual imagery
- Curate content for posting
- Recommend social media strategies that meet brand requirements
- Publish posts and stories
- Respond to comments and messages from followers
- Boost posts and manage ad campaigns Increase followers through deliberate tactics
- Stay on the pulse of news and trends to add relevance and edge to brand postings
- Mitigate against brand reputational risks by managing negative reviews/comments
- Monitor and report on social media statistics
- Execute e-Mail marketing campaigns
- Create and publish e-mail campaigns and newsletters using the Mailchimp platform
- Manage and segment contact lists o Generate and report on campaign statistics
- Assist with brand development:
- Conduct research for client projects Participate in calls/meetings and contribute concepts
- Curate inputs for branded content production
- Other duties as requested by Founder and Chief Storyteller to support clients and their needs
EDUCATION and SKILLS
- University/College Degree
- Minimum 2-years experience managing social media and digital campaigns
- Prior experience working in Mailchimp, Hootsuite or other digital marketing platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Graphic design experience/knowledge is a plus
- Able to work virtually, as needed
- Fulltime
- Based in Montego Bay, preferably
