Core Functions
Under the general direction of the school's ICT needs, provides technical support for the systems planning and network administration and monitors the day to day operations of the school's computers, network, ICT equipment and internet system.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Information Technology from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent qualifications is plus at least three (3) years related working experience. Industry certifications (CCNA, MCSE, A+, Network+, N+, MCTS/MCITP, etc) a plus
  • Familiarity with the process for the installation and maintenance operating systems software for multi-user computer systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve computer system problems
  • Experience in managing data disaster recovery and security and protection of data
  • Microsoft Enterprise Server training and experience administering a Windows 2008 and newer domain infrastructure is a plus
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, VMWare, and Cisco switches and routers is an asset
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching technology 
  • Experience with automating systems
  • Experience with School Management systems
Administrative Assistant (EIGS/AS2)

The prospective candidate should:
  • Possess a professional qualification from an accredited institution - Certificate in Administrative Management II (CAM), Diploma in Business Administration/Associate degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years accounting experience
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills to b able to communicate at all levels
  • Conversant with QuickBooks accounting and Turbopay payroll software package
  • Proficient in Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Payable/Receivables
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiar with PowerPoint, training in procurement guidelines and government accounting would be advantageous
Qualifications:
The prospective candidate should:
  • Possess Secretarial qualifications from an accredited institution or certificate in Administrative Management (CAM 1 from MIND)
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Be confidential, reliable and punctual
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
