SPM Waste Management Limited (SPM WM) invites suitable candidates to apply for the position of Customer Service Assistant - May Pen Sub-Office.
The incumbent will report to the Regional Administrator and will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, sorting and distributing of correspondence to facilitate optimum satisfaction with customer service among the region's internal and external customers.
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Five (5) CXCs/'O' levels including English Language and Mathematics
- Certificate in Customer Service
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a receptionist or telephone operator
- Equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
Required Competencies:
- Understand fully the provisions of and regulations under the National Solid Waste Management Act (2001)
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
- Strong time management skills
- Computer literacy in respect of the Microsoft Office Suite applications
Customer Service Assistant (Level 2) - Salary range: $797,891.00 - $997,364.00 per annum.
