A reputable manufacturing company in Kingston is seeking experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

Site Project Manager/Cabinet Installer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise projects to ensure timely completion, within budget.
  • Construct, install, and repair fixtures made of wood, metal, solid surface, fiberglass, and similar materials according to specifications.
  • Conduct inspection, maintenance, and repairs on materials and finished fixtures and fittings.
  • Prepare reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
Requirements

  • Tertiary level education/certification in construction management, carpentry, furniture making, etc.
  • Minimum four (4) years related work experience.
  • Knowledge of woodworking and various carpentry techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings, sketches, and written specifications.
  • Understand work orders, chance orders, and all other related job documents.
  • Ability to supervise a crew.
Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, directing, and announcing them.
  • Check email for incoming correspondence, inform the relevant staff where necessary based on the subject of the email.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Preparing letters and documents as determined.
  • Scheduling appointments and updating calendars accordingly.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support.
Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects and/or diploma in Customer Service.
  • Minimum two (2) years' work experience as a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep.
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
