General Manager

Role Summary

• Overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Designing strategy and setting goals for growth.
• Developing key performance goals and managing team performance.
• Developing new solutions for client needs.
• Improving internal polices and processes for better productivity.
• Events planning and coordination of large public activities.
• Monitoring the financial health of the company (maintaining budget and optimizing expenses).

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing (or related discipline) plus three (3) years' minimum experience at a senior management level.

or

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing (or related discipline) plus five (5) years' minimum experience at a senior management level.
• Keen strategic thinking and planning.
• Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Love of Sports!
