Minimum Requirements & Key Functions:

- At least two to three (2 - 3) years experience in a similar capacity
- Completed high school with at least five (5) passes at CXC/GCE levels (including Mathematics and English Language)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Processing, collecting and logging incoming mails to the firm
- Record letters in delivery book for dispatch by the bearers
- Provide relief for switchboard operators and receptionist
- Distribution of stationery and assist with preparation of inventory listing
