The Board of Government of The Hoolebury Primary School & Infant School invites suitably qualified applicants for the Post of Principal
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification/Experience
- Have at least a First Degree in Educational Administration or related field.
- Have at least five (5) years' experience teaching at the Primary Level.
- Be a trained graduate with a strong academic background (training in school leadership, management or administration would be an asset).
- Be knowledgeable of the Education Act, The Education Regulations (1980), The Child Care and Protection Act and The FAA Act.
Competencies
- Strong management and human resource skills.
- Experience in curriculum development, adaptation and administration.
- Excellent communicator
- Disciplinarian
- Ability to articulate a vision of maintaining and achieving excellence at Hoolebury Primary School and Infant School.
