• Public policy
• Strategic and Corporate Planning
• Records Management
• Change Management 
• Employee Performance Management
• Customs Brokerage
• Strategic HRM
• Government Accounting 
• Minute Writing
• State Protocol
• Sexual Harassment and Discrimination

The successful candidate should possess the following competencies:

• Assessing learning and development needs 
• Designing and developing learning solutions
• Facilitating learning interventions
• Knowledge of Competency-Based Education and Training.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Masters' Degree in the relevant discipline
• Teaching/Training Certification and 
• Minimum of five (5) years' related work experience.
