Personal Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica)

 


We are looking for a versatile and efficient personal assistant. Candidates should exhibit excellent organizational skills, experience in accounting and administrative functions. MUST be intuitive to the needs of the management team and be able to work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially (Excel, Word, Publisher and Access)
  • Maintain Cash Book and proper Accounting Records
  • Liaise with local ad international clients, answering calls, and making travel arrangements, managing internal and external correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, maintain events calendar, and send reminders
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette
  • At least five (5) years experience working in the field
