Administrative Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - Agri Depot Limited

Agri Depot is an importer and distributor of agricultural inputs in Jamaica. We are seeking a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform administrative duties for the Managing Director's office.

Job tasks include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Documenting and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Providing the support of the Managing Director's office to Senior Management and other teams
  • Answering phone calls, emails and taking messages
  • Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Running errands as requested
  • Other ad-hoc duties that will arise in the normal course of business

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service ability
  • Proficiency in report writing
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Financial Accounting
  • Ability to work flexible hours
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution
  • At least two (2) years of professional work experience
  • Must possess a driver's license
