Agri Depot is an importer and distributor of agricultural inputs in Jamaica. We are seeking a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform administrative duties for the Managing Director's office.
Job tasks include:
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
- Documenting and distributing minutes of meetings
- Providing the support of the Managing Director's office to Senior Management and other teams
- Answering phone calls, emails and taking messages
- Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
- Running errands as requested
- Other ad-hoc duties that will arise in the normal course of business
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent decision making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service ability
- Proficiency in report writing
- Intermediate level knowledge of Financial Accounting
- Ability to work flexible hours
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized institution
- At least two (2) years of professional work experience
- Must possess a driver's license
