We are seeking an:
Office Administrator – Spanish Town
Job Summary:
The administrator will be responsible for all admin and accounting functions and assisting with sales.
· Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
· Perform accounting and sales function
· Manage databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
· Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
· Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
· Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
• Process orders using QuickBooks
• Other duties assignments
Job Requirements:
• 3 or more years of work experience in accounting.
• Experience in sales preferred and accounts receivables preferred
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Competency in MS Office and QuickBooks online experience preferred.
• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
