RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media:
- Respond and prepare quotations for customers on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp in a timely manner
- Send out Mailchimp campaigns
- Product Photography: capture and edit product images for use on social media and websites
- Respond to emails on websites' customer service accounts
Website Management:
- Update product images and banners, edit product descriptions and prices on our websites
- Monitor and update stock levels on websites
- Customer service to online website customers
- Convert online orders onto internal management software
- Assist walk-in customers when the in-house Sales Rep is absent or needs support
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in the use and administration of major social media networks for business including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube
- Competence with content management systems
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp; creation of Mailchimp campaigns would be an asset
- Knowledge of Photoshop would be an asset
