Restaurant Manager: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service and knowledge of restaurant financials and budgeting.
Chef/Supervisor: Lead and supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Jerk Chef: Specialize in the preparation and grilling of jerk dishes, showcasing authentic flavors.
Prep Chef: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
Kitchen Steward: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and plating as needed.
Mixologist: Craft and serve a variety of Caribbean-inspired cocktails and beverages.
Wait Staff: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
