Job Responsibility
- Assist with the recruitment of new students.
- Conduct initial, eligibility, and annual review for students.
- Assist with planning and implementing orientation programs designed to help students adjust to new experiences within the school environment.
- Conduct monthly home visits.
- Oversees student welfare and keeps relevant related records.
- Provide ongoing communication with parents to collaborate on their child/ward’s needs.
- Assist parents in accessing and utilizing school and community resources.
- Work as a team with administrators and teachers in support of students’ needs.
- Develop Curriculum and facilitate Life Skill Programs for At-Risk Students.
- Plan and implement programs for parental support.
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention and Individualized Education Plans.
- Develop and implement health programs for students.
- Collaborating with external agencies to streamline services for students and their families.
- Prioritize and respond to demands of the caseload promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare Action Plans ahead of the start of each academic year.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, or equivalent.
- At least two years experience in social work and/or delivery of community/social development programs
