Instructor - Renewable Energy

The Job:
The Instructor is responsible for training, assessment and monitoring of Tvet trainees to ensure the acquisition of the requisite competencies for their respective qualification.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree, its equivalent NVQ Level 5 or other equivalent qualification in your area of specialization.
- At least two (2) years relevant work experience in a comparable position such as in a technical high school, polytechnic college, a community college, a formal apprenticeship training workplace, or the training unit of a large organization.
- Knowledge in IT, equipment, machinery/tools that the job required

- Pedagogy and Andragogy
- Information Technology

- Management skills
Key Duties:
- Instructs courses in areas of specialization.
- Works with trainees who are studying for a certificate or certificate or certification or are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills.
- Develops instructional plans according to required standards for the course(s) Prepares training, delivery and assessment plan.
Storekeeper

The Job:
The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving and distributing goods and supplies, maintaining the inventory system and
assisting with the processing of orders for income.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ-J level 2 Certification or equivalent in disciplines such as: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Basic Accounting, Information Technology and Time Management.
- At least two (2) years' relevant work experience in a comparable position and business/work environment such as: public administration, commercial operations, or education institutions.
Key Competencies:
- Good Time Management
- Good Knowledge of Purchasing or Procurement Procedures
- Inventory Control or Management skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Practice
Key Duties:
- Checks and verifies goods received with purchase orders, invoices and delivery slips and reports any discrepancy to the supervisor.
- Submits suppliers' invoices and goods received nore/delivery slips to accounts for payment Updates stock cards, enter internal requisition and goods received note manually and electronically.
- Sources items for purchasing.
- Maintains re-order level for all inventory items and makes requisitions for purchasing accordingly.
