General Manager
National Religious Media Commission
The General Manager has general oversight of the operations of the National Religious Media Commission (NRMC).
Overall Responsibility:
Reporting to the Board of Directors the General Manager:
- Designs strategies for achieving the Vision and Mission of the NRMC.
- Oversees the Financial and Operational Management of the NRMC.
- Ensures the continued motivation and productivity of Staff.
- Strengthens the Entity as a leading religious station in Jamaica, the Caribbean and the Diaspora.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar Senior Executive role.
- Experience in Financial Management.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement Operations etc.).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Master's degree in Mass Communications with certification in ratio and Social Media, or related Social Sciences with a minimum of five (5) years' working experience in the media landscape of which three (3) years should be at a Senior Management level.
- Firm degree in Mass Communications or Media related field with at least seven (7) years' working experience in the media landscape, three (3) years of which should be at a Senior Management level.
