Job Responsibilities:
- Process payments to suppliers and vendors using Sage 50
- Reconcile A/P GL control account with Vendor sub-ledger to identify any discrepancies
- Prepare, post and reconcile Petty Cash Account in the GL
- Preparation of the monthly/weekly cash flow forecasts for approval
- Verification and reconciliation of salaries and wages clearing account
- Prepare payments for TAJ Deductions payable and submit for approval
- Reconciliation of payables accounts in GLS
- Any other duty assigned to the position
Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Pursuing an internationally recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA,ACMA, ACCA, CGA)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience
- Experience in the use of IT based integrated accounting applications
