Main objectives of the job:
- Ideate and create compelling digital design solutions for internal and external clientele
- Collaborate with executives and employees across the group on creative projects and campaigns
- Uphold the organizations standards, processes, and protocols
- Stay on top of current global trends
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals and digital solutions based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Proficient in video editing and motion design
- Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic and motion design
- Portfolio required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent computer knowledge of both MAC and PC environments
- Team Player
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to work well under pressure
- Quick Learner and Efficient
- Strong time management skills
