The B&E Caterers and Restaurant Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions at its Head Office in St. Catherine. The individual should be detail oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills.
Administrative Assistant
The incumbent provides general administrative duties in support of the operation to include:
- Administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Manager
- Dispatch of internal and external mails
- Maintaining an updated filing system
- Prepare quotations and invoices
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree/diploma in Business Administration or Management Studies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Two (2) years experience in a similar position
Accounting Clerk
To perform general accounting tasks which includes:
- Recording of all sales and cash purchases
- Filing of cash invoices
- Performing monthly stock counts
Education/Experience:
- Acquired or pursuing CAT/ACCA Level 1
- Hands on with Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
