Jamaican Infrastructure Operator Limited seeks a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of: 

TOLL CONTROL OFFICER II 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Toll Control Officer II.
As a Toll Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of toll revenue data through meticulous reconciliations of toll transactions. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accountability, identifying discrepancies, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.

Core Duties:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Reconciliation of toll transactions against reported revenue
  • Analyze toll collection data to detect discrepancies, patterns, or potential fraud
  • Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and provide updates to management
  • Collaborate with toll plaza staff, finance teams, and external partners to resolve discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate reconciliation records
  • Assist in maintaining and improving reconciliation tools and processes

Requirements and Skill-sets:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least three (3) years experience in reconciliation in an accounting or financial environment and other relevant work experience. Experience in toll operations is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
