Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Customer Solutions Associate in our Direct & Personal Lines Department.
The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by providing superior customer service and maintaining productive relationships with brokers/agents/major direct clients engendering goodwill and loyalty.
The candidate should have the following qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor's degree
- ACII, CPCU or equivalent qualifications (distinct advantage)
- Customer Service and Quality Managemnent Training
- FSC Salesman License in all classes of business
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good underwriting acumen
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- At least three (3) years general insurance
