The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by providing superior customer service and maintaining productive relationships with brokers/agents/major direct clients engendering goodwill and loyalty.

The candidate should have the following qualifications and competencies:

• Bachelor's degree 
• ACII, CPCU or equivalent qualifications (distinct advantage)
• Customer Service and Quality Managemnent Training
• FSC Salesman License in all classes of business
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good underwriting acumen
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
• At least three (3) years general insurance

The desired candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:

• Insurance qualification and FSC certification in all classes of business.
• Experience in handling and interpreting commercial policies (distinct advantage).
• Customer Service Training and Certification.
• Proven underwriting and customer service skills.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
• At least five (5) years Underwriting experience.

Claims Solutions Assistant - GGIL P&C North

The desired candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional Insurance qualification would be a distinct advantage.
• Sound analytical and negotiation skills.
• Customer Service Training and Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to process and settle motor and non-motor claims with minimum supervision.
• At least five (5) years Claims Handling experience.
