Assistant Bursar
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or ACCA Level 1, Cat Level 3.
- Minimum of two (2) years working in an accounting position.
- Familiarity with the FAA Act and Government Accounting.
Specific Knowledge Required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- People-oriented with the ability to work as a part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Turbo Pay and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess a good work attitude and be willing to work extra hours when necessary.
- Ability to develop budgets and reports.
Key Competencies
Reporting to the bursar, the assistant bursar will be required to perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in the Bursar's Department.
