INTERNATIONAL CEO's OFFICE
Reporting to the Junior Corporate Planner, the incumbent will be required to initiate and coordinate administrative matters to facilitate efficient and effective communication and workflow within the department.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Timely collection of monthly reports from the Senior Managers within GraceKennedy Foods International.
• Liaise with senior executives and other officers on behalf of the CEO and Junior Corporate Planner.
• Arrange meetings and functions as required; attend meetings, record and disseminate minutes and follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for the CEO as well as other officers as requested.
• Manage purchase orders and expenses for GK Foods Central via SAP.
• Assist the Corporate Office with the coordinating of the Annual Business Conference, etc.
COMPETENCIES CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative position.
• Proficiency in the use of the computer and relevant software, in particular word processing, presentation, spread sheet – excel.
• If you know about SAP Software, this is an asset.
