HR Admin Assistant/Property Manager (Spanish Town, Jamaica)

We are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant/Property Manager to perform a variety of personnel related Administrative tasks and to manage the day-to-day operations at rental properties.

Our HR Administrative Assistant/Property Manager position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Oversee properties and assess it's performance

Requirements: 
  • HR experience and/or property management experience
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, in order to create a clear and communicative environment with employees
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Valid driver's license
Location: Spanish Town
Deadline: March 22, 2019.
