Administrative Assistant & Legal Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica)


We are looking for a highly driven, detailed oriented and dynamic individual to provide administrative and legal support. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be well organized and be able to act without guidance.
  • Able to meet deadlines and strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Paralegal or legal training would be an asset
  • Outstanding organizational and time management and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of maturity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong minute taking skills for Board Meetings will be an asset
  • Must be able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail with a strict adherence to deadlines
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with financial reporting 
  • Proactive planning and organizational skills
Qualificatons and Experience:
  • BSc in Business Administration or any other related field by a recognized institution
  • Prior experience with filing at the Companies Office would be an asset
  • At least three (3) years administrative experience
  • Having a car would be an asset
