Responsibilities include:
- Meeting, greeting and directing customers/clients accordingly
- Providing information on the company's products and services as the customer requires
- Logging all customer calls, requests and complaints and following up on critical customer issues
- Assist with managing the overall maintenance needs of the office building and ensuring that reputable repair personnel are used to execute any corrective measures
- Assist the human resources department with the execution of team building activities
- Act as the Relief to the Dispatcher, which includes ensuring that field engineers respond to service calls and check that they are responding within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assist with the monitoring of the office inventory and collateral items required to support the smooth operations of the company
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess five (5) CSEC/CXC passes inclusive of Math and English Language
- Two (2) years working experience in a similar capacity
- At least one (1) year experience in a customer service environment and a certificate in customer service is an asset
- Excellent communicator with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent voice tone
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with strong problem solving skills
- Systematic but flexible, self-directed; can prioritize and manage multiple work streams
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
- Thrives in a competitive environment
