Qualifications/Experience:
- An associate degree or diploma preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
- Must be fluent in English Language both written and spoken
- Pleasant personality
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Publisher
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Other duties assigned
