The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the resources, processes and equipment that are utilized within the factory while undertaking production strategic decisions to ensure the factory is performing at optimal capacity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed expectations
- Increase production and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Production and Operations Management equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a managerial role in the production sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
