Couples Negril seeks a qualified applicant to fill the position of Front Office Team Leader:
This position is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in leading a team of multi-skilled colleagues. He/ She keeps contact with Guest reception at the airport and their transport, sees to the pleasant, efficient reception via active liaison with our airport staff of our Guests, to be dispatched to their rooms by our Bellmen, excellent reservations work always, pleasant telephone services and efficient checkout. He/She sees to the Guest’s transfer to the airport and ensures that their parting memory is warm
and pleasant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make the input required by Management to formulate an effective budget for the Front Office.
• Ensure that all work produced by the Front Office Agents measures up to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Train and develop team members to standard.
• Must be knowledgeable of Property Management Systems (Resort Data Processing).
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must:
• Have an Associate or First Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
• Have creative and innovative management styles, and be
able to “think on ones feet.”
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Have prior work experience in same or similar field which would be an asset.
• Have portrayed leadership qualities in present position.
• Have working knowledge of Rooms Division.
• Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Have positive work ethics, attitude and flexibility.
• Be able to motivate and work well in a team.
• Be computer literate.
