Couples Negril seeks a qualified applicant to fill the position of Sanitation Team Leader:
Required Qualifications, Experience and Critical Competencies:
Core Functions include but is not limited to:
• Managing a diverse team of 6 or more persons
• Conducting daily inspections
• Conducting HACCP inspections
• Implementing cleaning programs
Qualifications:
• Certification in Supervisory Management from a recognized institution
• Minimum of a year’s experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of chemicals and equipment maintenance
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Minimum 4 CXC subjects, including Math/Accounts and English
• HACCP certification from recognized institution would be an asset
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
• Positive work ethics and attitude
• Proven competencies in leading, motivating and managing conflicts
