A catering company is seeking dynamic,  creative and results oriented management personnel to join its team:

Head Cook

Qualifications:

• Be a graduate of a recognized culinary Institute or certified by HEART trust. 

Experience:

• At least three (3) years experience in the required fields

Key Competencies 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications 
• Experience in all styles of cooking with experience in preparing meals for large volumes in affixed time
• Must have ample knowledge of food production, food safety and sanitation procedures 
• Must be able to provide support, leadership and guidance to ensure standards of food
• Must be able to supervise and assess the work of food service employees

Manager

Qualifications 

• Degree in Food Service Management 

Experience 

• At least three (3) years experience in the required fields

Key Competencies 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
• Good knowledge of all kitchen operations
• Solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure 
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Commitment to deliver the highest quality product and service 

Accountant

Qualifications 

• Certified accountant

Experience 

• At least five (5) years experience in the required fields 

Key Competencies 

• Working knowledge of Peachtree accounting software 
• Well developed human relations skills 
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 
• A strong sense of loyalty, honesty and integrity 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
