Qualifications:
- Be a graduate of a recognized culinary Institute or certified by HEART trust.
Experience:
- At least three (3) years experience in the required fields
Key Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience in all styles of cooking with experience in preparing meals for large volumes in affixed time
- Must have ample knowledge of food production, food safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to provide support, leadership and guidance to ensure standards of food
- Must be able to supervise and assess the work of food service employees
Manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Service Management
Experience
- At least three (3) years experience in the required fields
Key Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to deliver the highest quality product and service
Accountant
Qualifications
- Certified accountant
Experience
- At least five (5) years experience in the required fields
Key Competencies
- Working knowledge of Peachtree accounting software
- Well developed human relations skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- A strong sense of loyalty, honesty and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
