Haulage Contractor (Truck Driver) - Jamaica (islandwide travel) - Unicomer (Courts)

The distribution centre (Twickenham Close) in anticipation of our peak season is requesting the services of experienced Haulage Contractors to serve various routes.

We are seeking drivers who are customer service driven and have an aptitude for serving others. They will be responsible for completing all delivery tasks in local areas, as well as some long distance journeys.

Duties will include:

• Island-wide deliveries to customers
• Deliveries and pick-up of items from branches as required 
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers 

To successfully secure this opportunity, the contractor must:

• Have at least two (2) years truck driving experience 
• Have the requisite driver's license to operate trucks 
• Be customer service driven
• Own or have power of attorney for a 5 / 7 / 10 / 12-20 ton Box Truck
• Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Have a great attitude and strong work ethic 
• Be capable of lifting large furniture and appliances
