A Kingston based company is inviting applications for the positions of Marketing Coordinator, Administrative Assistant  (Montego Bay) and IT technician.

Marketing Coordinator 
Requirements:

  • An Associate degree or equivalent in Marketing 
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity 
  • Confident and outgoing and self-motivated
  • Show excellent command of the English Language both oral and written 
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines 
  • Must be able to multitask 
Administrative Assistant (Montego Bay)

We are seeking someone who is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to work in our Montego Bay office. The ideal candidate should be able to assist the manager and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks while providing polite and professional assistance via telephone, mail and email. S/he needs to be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language 
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in Office Administration and customer service 
  • Should be computer literate and have knowledge of accounting software 
  • Experience in operating a cash register is an asset 
Information Technology Technician 

The ideal candidate should be able to:
  • Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems 
  • Install and configure computer hardware and be the primary point of contact for IT support within the company
