A reputable organization based in Kingston requires a suitably qualified person for the position of:
Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate is required to provide an exceptionally high standard of secretarial and administrative support services.
Qualification and Experience:
- Have a diploma in Secretarial Studies or similar qualifications or;
- Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) Designation
- Minimum of four (4) CXC or GCE subjects inclusive of English Language
- At least five (5) years experience in a similar position
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications and social media channels
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and able to prepare reports
- A team player with excellent document management skills
