A reputable organization based in Kingston requires a suitably qualified person for the position of:

Administrative Assistant

The successful candidate is required to provide an exceptionally high standard of secretarial and administrative support services.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Have a diploma in Secretarial Studies or similar qualifications or;
  • Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) Designation
  • Minimum of four (4) CXC or GCE subjects inclusive of English Language
  • At least five (5) years experience in a similar position

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications and social media channels
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and able to prepare reports
  • A team player with excellent document management skills
